Thank you – Sports for Champions Fundraisers
Well done to all the children who took part in Wednesdays Sports 4 Champions workouts, with professional athlete Leon Baptiste.

6B have been spreading kindness in crew as part of ’childhood’ day 💙
Today in crew, we decided to spread kindness as part of the NSPCC childhood day by writing our names on pieces of paper and writing positive comments about one another. The children loved reading the positive comments from their friends!

We are raising funds for our Year 6 leavers hoodies! On the 15th June, the above teachers have very kindly volunteered to have sponges thrown at them to raise funds for our children! Sponges will be 50p a throw or three for a £1. Please pay your money to your child’s class teacher (clearly labeled that it is for ‘wet the teacher’).

Mining Jobs
Year 6 had a busy morning – they were learning about the roles in the mines. The children then read the job descriptions (and the amount of money that these jobs paid!) before acting out the different roles. We are looking forward to incorporating this into our stories this week. #LovePlover
