As we are coming to the end of case study two in 6B, we recapped on all of the inspirational people we have been studying. Children then got into groups to plan a debate on who they think has had the biggest impact on society. We discussed what a good debate would look like and they got to work! I am excited to hear all of their points of view this morning!

After assessment week last week, I sat with 6B to discuss their areas of development. We then created pledges together to work on at home and in school. I am so proud of my class as they have got stuck in straight away and I am already seeing improvements!

Thank you to parents/carers for your support in encouraging our Year 6’s to extend their study at home. SATs are not far away and I know all of our children are capable of amazing things and with your continued support, we can smash them!

6B have been really inspired by Marcus Rashford! Not only do they think he is an awesome footballer but they also think he is an incredible human due to his voluntary work with Fareshare which is the charity that supports our Plover pantry! They are so excited to write to him later this term!

Y6 have smashed their SATs assessments so far and I al SO proud of them! I have had lots of children emailing me with their maths revision ahead of tomorrow! Keep it up you superstars! We have got this!
