Book Fair at Plover!

From Thursday 10th November until Wednesday 16th November, Travelling Book Fairs will be at Plover School! This is a superb opportunity to check out lots of the latest books, as well as a chance to buy some of the ever popular stationery items! The book fair will be open from 3pm each day and entrance to the book fair is through the main office. Please see your child’s teacher, or Miss Topliss at the Y6 door, with any queries. We look forward to seeing you there! #LovePlover

Soldier Sam 🪖

3B had a special visitor today, soldier Sam, who told us all about what it was like to be in the army reserve. The kids asked some brilliant questions and they got to practise some army drills.

Well done 3B for having a fab day and have a lovely half term!

Amazing home learning!

Peyton has drawn a beautiful portrait of Winston Churchill and has annotated it with some fun facts. I am super impressed with all the detail! Well done!

3B Pride of Plover⭐️

This week 3B have two pride of plovers who are always impressing me!

Elijah has had an amazing attitude to learning since the start of the year and has produced some beautiful work, especially in writing!

Aseel is always working hard in class and has been a great role model in school. She has also been working hard at home by extending her learning on freckle.

Keep up the great work!

Expert visitors

This week LKS2 have been lucky to have a few expert visitors sharing real life experiences of the Second World War. The children asked some fantastic questions which will help when writing their biographies for their final product. Well done class!
