Year 5 turned the volume up this week as they rocked into Rockstar Day in true style! Dressed head to toe as rockstars, the children brought energy, enthusiasm and plenty of attitude to their learning.
Throughout the day, Year 5 focused on sharpening their timetables skills, showing fantastic concentration and determination while enjoying the fun, rock-themed atmosphere. Guitars, leather jackets and star poses were everywhere, but so was some brilliant maths learning.
The highlight of the day was taking part in the first ever Plover Rockathon. The children gave it their all, supporting one another and clearly having a great time while challenging themselves.
A huge well done to everyone involved for such a positive and exciting day. Rockathon results will be announced on Monday, and we can’t wait to celebrate the successes. Rock on, Year 5! 🎸⭐
