Today, our lovely Year 6’s kick-started their narrative cycle by looking at a range of age-related pieces of writing as models. They discussed the features the models included as well as what made them strong pieces of writing. We all agreed these pieces built cohesion which is our focus for this term. I’m really looking forward to seeing our final pieces as the weeks unfold!
Today we read the story ‘we’re going on an egg hunt’ then went on our own Easter egg hunt outside! The children worked together to all find one egg each.
