We are Historians
6T have worked really hard this afternoon, investigating changes in Britain during the 20th Century. They are so enthusiastic about this topic and I am really proud of their mature response to some of the themes we are discussing. #LovePlover

Green fingers
This week, we have been scientific experts! Case study 2 is all about plants, we have been planting seeds, investigating parts of a flower, acting out the process of pollination and looking at seed dispersal. It has certainly been a busy week in 4F.
TTRS
4F have been practicing timetables on TTRS this week.
Pretend planting
The potting shed was the most popular choice in outdoor play today. The children pretended to grow carrots and apples and talked about what the seeds would need to grow.

Year 6 Newspapers
I am so proud of Year 6 this morning, as they work hard preparing for their final write. They are planning out the structure of their newspaper report, which will be a report of Martin Luther King’s March on Washington. #LovePlover

The dentist came to school
We were very fortunate to have a visit of the dentist this morning. We learnt the parts of our teeth and how to look after them. We now know what happens when we go to the dentist.
Thank you to the dental team for coming to visit us and helping us with our expedition.
