Plover Praise Postcards in F2M

Well done Boston for eating his dinner. Well done Kylan for drawing a picture of a bear and tidying up after him. Well done Reuben for being calm and trying hard on his phonics. Well done Farhan for playing nicely with his friends!

Crew and Family

This week in crew we have been talking about our families, who we have in them, why they are important, how we love and care for our family, and respect how families are different. We enjoyed playing ‘swapsies’ and sorting the family jigsaws.

Care for the Bear

One morning there was a bear in F2BP. We wondered where it had been and when it left, where it was going. The children came up with lots of ideas and created posters of how to find the bear. They thought about the bear’s feelings, made food for him and wrote him letters. With hope it would visit again and to our amazement… check out the Plover CCTV! #LovePlover

The bear came to visit

One morning the bear was in F2BP. We wondered where he had been and when he left, where he was going. The children came up with lots of ideas and created posters of how to find the bear. They thought about his feelings, made food for him and wrote him letters.

They are hoping he will come back again!

Who is in your family?

In crew we have been learning about what is the same and what is different about our families. Today we watched a video Tango makes three and created our own jigsaws of different families.

What can you see?

In maths today we thought about what we could see on different pictures. We used our subitising skills and shared our ideas.

F2 PE – jumping bears

Today Mrs Bubb and Mr Meade developed our fundamental movements. We showed how we can jump in different ways and played lots of fun animal games. We jumped like kangaroos and bounced like bunnies. #LovePlover

EYFS Family Learning

Next week, on Wednesday 18th September, EYFS will have their family learning! We invite all parents to come into school and do some exciting bear crafts with their children, between 9-10am. All parents need to sign in at the main office, after school drop off.

PM nursery children are welcome to attend the family learning session with their grown ups, at 9am, then come back to school in the afternoon for their usual session if they wish.
