Thank you to all our friends at Intake Wellness Centre. They have been involved in our expedition and have helped us with our learning. Some of the staff came to the nativity this morning and we were able to present them with a frame of photos from our celebration of learning. All the children added their finger prints.

Leaving a lasting legacy in Year 5&6
Some of our final products, the beautiful bird boxes, have now gone to their new homes in Sandal Beat Wood. We are so excited to see them up and the birds accessing them. We know some of our Year 5/6 crew are planning to go and visit them very soon!

Expert Visitors!
2P had a visit from the local PCSO’s who came to share what their job involves. We talked about how they help people just as much as they have to deal with people that have made poor choices! We explored their van and tried on lots of different uniforms and equipment that they have to use. Some of us even got locked up for our many misdemeanours! We agreed that they were heroes in our community.

KS1 End of Autumn Term Attendance
As we approach the end of a fantastic second half term, we would like to recognise some amazing attendance achievements across KS1!
Tomorrow, children who have achieved good, great or awesome attendance will receive their attendance postcard.
Our target for GREAT attendance is 97%
Year 1 – 89% Attendance
3 Children have AWESOME attendance for the whole year(100%)
11 Children have GREAT attendance (98% and 97%)
12 Children have GOOD attendance (95%)
Year 2 – 95% Attendance
10 Children have AWESOME attendance for the whole year(100%)
16 Children have GREAT attendance (98% and 97%)
11 Child has GOOD attendance (95%)
Thank you for your invaluable support in ensuring your child’s excellent school attendance.
Across the Key Stage 44 children have improved their attendance or achieved 100% again.

Our Christmas fayre raffle will be drawn Monday after school. Tickets will still be available to purchase from 6B. We have over £300 in beauty vouchers plus various other vouchers and the stunning cheeseboard pictured above.
Winners will be notified on Monday afternoon.
