Hi Everyone,

I have to say I have been totally blown away with the amount of work that has come through for you all.  This has been via emails and Google Classroom.

I can see lots of rewards coming your way!

Although I would much rather be in the classroom with you all  it has been great seeing so many of you getting involved in your learning.  There are so many ‘Shout Outs’  I’m sure Mr Pickiering will have more that have logged onto his classroom too.

Here goes … drum role please…

Lena C, Oliver, Ellis, Isabelle, Harry, Johnny, Brooke, Olivia, Paul, Theo, Peyton, Darcy, Lyra, Darwin, Peyton B, Peyton G, Mia, Brooke.Johnny, Roman….  I always worry that I have missed someone, if I have I will give you an extra big shout out tomorrow! 🙂

Tte quality of work that has come through and enthusiasm (from you and your parents) has been fabulous.  I know we had a few teething issues with getting onto some of the online learning but we got there.  Thank you for your patience.

I can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings.

Good Morning 1M

It feels very strange that we are not in school today.  However, you can still enjoy your learning.  Every morning I would like you to complete a daily check-in to let us know how you are feeling, and that you are safe and well.  This can be accessed through Google Classroom.  Learning will be posted onto this blog and can also be accessed through Google Classroom 1M Classroom

If you need any help getting onto the classroom, please send me an email [email protected]

We will also be completing live lessons.  The links to these lessons will be sent via email and also posted onto the blog.  We really want you to keep up with your learning and we will be giving out rewards for those of you that complete lessons daily, as well as giving you a ‘shout out’ on the blog.

Take care everyone, hope to see you all in the live lessons soon.

Pride of Plover

Congratulations to this week’s Pride of Plover winners. They have demonstrated their growing skills for independence in their learning but also how they have started to coach and support other pupils in their learning as well. These are fabulous skills! Well done to Kiara, Rio and Brooke on their fabulous achievements. Enjoy the special t-shirt this week and keep up these great learning behaviours!

Hello Yellow – Supporting Young Minds

Why are Pirates called Pirates? Because they ARRRR! 🙂

On Friday our children embarked in activities to support, stimulate and educate their minds! It was amazing to see so many of our children wearing Yellow and spreading kindness, happiness and joy! #HelloYellow #SupportingYoungMinds #ChildrensMentalHealth #HealthBodyHealthMind #BeKind

Pride of Plover

We just wanted to say a massive well done to all of our Pride of Plover winners this week. They have shown excellent examples of how we work hard in our learning to help us to do our best and get smart. Well done to Harry, Shayen and Mia for having such a brilliant week!

Seed planting and sensory walk

In English this week we have followed and then written instructions about how to grow a plant (or will it be a dinosaur- who knows?)

We also used our 5 senses to explore and describe our playground setting, classroom setting and then our ‘small world’ dinosaur setting.

Top work superstars!
