Rain!

We’ve had the snow and now come the warnings of lots of rain and possible flooding! Please stay safe everyone and take it steady on any essential journeys you have to make.

We are online as usual today with more live lessons. All of the links, lesson slides and activities are in the Google Classroom for each class. We hope to keep seeing as many people on the live lessons as we have been doing. It is fabulous to see the level of engagement that we have had so a huge shout out to all pupils, parents and carers for keeping the standards high.

Remember there is the esafety poster competition that is still running so there is still time to have your entries done and handed in. The slides links are in the classroom under yesterday’s date.

Have a great day!

Key Stage 1 Crew.

Monday Motivation 1M!

Good evening superstars and super grown ups! 🙂

I know its Monday and I know it’s challenging times… but it was so great to see our children and grown ups working hard and continuing to solider on!

Check out a couple of fantastic e-safety posters made by Peyton and Lena today – with us all working a lot more online in these current times, it is so IMPORTANT we understand how to stay safe!

Some awesome Expedition crafts made by Roscoe and Harry – Boxton the rat and a London red bus!

Then some great work and learning shown by Conor and Lyra in phonics and Maths!

Finally, Peyton along with 20 other KS1 children (and grown ups) online today participating in today’s PE session! 🙂

We look forward to seeing those who wasn’t online today, online tomorrow for our morning check in and Live sessions 🙂 it is vitally important your children access the learning and if you need any extra support feel free to get in touch!

Thanks

What snow?

Good morning Key Stage 1.

Looking out of the window today you would never know that we had had any snow last week. It all seems like a distant memory already!

There were some excellent examples of home learning shared with us last week and we have been amazed by the quality of what has been produced. Try to save what you have made so that you can bring them in to school when we finally reopen.

Today there is an important esafety task in the classroom to have a go at. There is also a poster competition that goes along with it so why not get creative and send us your esafety posters. You never know, you might win a prize!

Have a great day.

Thank You Key Stage 1

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to say a massive ‘Thank You’ to all of our pupils and parents.  It has been a truly fabulous week for learning, as I am sure you will agree from the photographs blogged so far this week.

I wanted to share with you how well our learning environments are coming on.  Still lots more fun to be had, but they are already looking great.

The children have worked so hard – and played hard, I have never enjoyed playing in the snow as much – the best snowball fight ever!

Have a great weekend everyone.  Stay safe and I look forward to seeing you all next.

He has been online for every single session since we started back and has done some awesome work and crafts!

I am gutted you can’t be in school for me to give you the Yellow T-Shirt, but I am so proud of you to be the first Remote Pride of Plover Winner!
