The same but different

We have been learning about ourselves and our families as part of our community. Follow the link or copy and paste it to watch a short video about the human race and how we are the same but different. I wonder if you can draw a picture of your family. Are you all the same or are there some differences? Maybe your grown up can write down what you say.
We’d love to see your pictures and thoughts so do share on Evidence Me.

F2S End of day hangouts

There will be a class hangout for F2S at 2:30-3pm each afternoon this week. This will be an opportunity for children to bring along learning to share and to see their friends and teacher online. Everybody should have received an email invite by now. Please email me on [email protected] if you have not or have difficulty accessing the hangout.

See you all online later!

Plover HOWLs

We have really been focusing on the HOWLs – Habits of work and learning. These are Work hard, Get smart and Be kind. F2P have been an amazing example of the HOWLs today. Dinner staff commented on how polite the children were at dinner time. They have been helping each other in their learning, tidying up and have worked extremely hard in reading and writing.

Well done F2P. I have been so impressed with you today. No wonder so many of you were on green and earned a four.

Hope we get lots of crew coins tomorrow.

Who is in our community? Our families are.

We have been learning about who is in our families. We have talked about what we do with our families and we are going to be learning what we celebrate with them.

These are some wonderful examples of learning from home. Emma and Oscar made their family trees.
