Well done to all of you superstars who have even been emailing me your home learning/revision during the holidays! This half term, I have received the most home learning I have ever received whilst teaching at Plover!
Our prize draw will take place on Monday so you still have time to share any of the work you have completed.
Keep working hard and getting smart, I know we are going to SMASH this year!

We are so proud of all of our Year 5 & 6 pupils who have all shown so much courage during this week’s spelling bee. So many of our lovely pupils have been practising their spellings and this was evident this week.
Pictured above are our fantastic finalists who truly deserved their prizes.
Keep practising those spellings everyone. We are already so excited for our Christmas spelling bee and we have lots more amazing prizes to be won!

Our student ambassadors had the pleasure of showing Natasha, all the way from Australia, around our lovely school. They loved talking about crew and expedition and sharing beautiful work that their fellow peers produce every day.
Well done ambassadors!

I am blown away by the craftsmanship and quality in Expedition. My Year 6’s have worked so hard in building their background knowledge on the similarities and differences between living in England and Brazil. They have then presented their own so beautifully and I cannot wait to display some of the examples in our classroom!
10 crew coins for working hard!
