On Thursday 16th November, we are delighted to have local book shop ‘Boggledybooks’ in school to run their brilliant value book fayre.
All books are brand new and £1, £2 or £3 so it is a great opportunity to get stocked up for Christmas.
They will be in school all day, so your child can bring in money and will be taken to the book fayre to choose a book. If you prefer to visit yourself, they will be in school till approx 3:45.
We look forward to seeing you then.

Shoutout to Eymen and Joud who have got our yellow T-shirt this week.
Eymen is such a polite, kind and caring young man who always tries his best and looks after school resources. It’s been so lovely to see Joud’s confidence grow, he is speaking more in class and joining in with our phonics. Keep it up boys, we are proud of you both!

If you have any 2 litre bottles, please could your child fetch them into school to help us complete our greenhouse? Thank you, Year 5/6 Team!
We dipped conkers in paint and then rolled them down the ramp to create a firework picture. We spoke about the different colours and what happened as the colours mixed together. We also discussed the different patterns we could see and how it looked like fireworks when they pop.

Just to remind you that school photographs will be on Monday 6th October. If you have pre school siblings you are invited into school between 8 and 8:45 to have photos taken, in school siblings will be done during the day. All children will have their photo taken and you will receive your proof card to order these in the coming days.
Don’t forget to come to school looking super smart F1 and with big cheesy smiles!

I am so pleased with you all this week F1, you have all worked extremely hard and shown great focus! An extra shoutout to Paizlee and Nusang who have worked exceptionally hard this morning.
Paizlee was able to remember that Guy Fawkes is the reason we celebrate bonfire night and Nusang has done some beautiful artwork expressing a range of emotions.
