A few weeks ago, we were visited by staff from Amazon who launched their Young Readers event with us. We listened to a great story about super heroes then designed our own super hero in small groups. We even got to dress a person from each group up as the super hero that we designed! It was great fun!
Later on, every child was lucky enough to be able to choose a book to keep. There was a huge selection to choose from and everyone seemed to enjoy their choice as they relaxed with a biscuit and quiet book reading time…
The next event is next week…I can’t wait! I love books.
