In our house we are dog walking and I too have been exercising with Joe [although he’s far too jumpy for my old knees]. Look out for my picture – hopefully I will end up in the video. I also have a video of Miss Brogan exercising with a ribbon so maybe I’ll send that in as a surprise for her!!
