Exploring our favourite fruit & vegetables!

We had great fun exploring and tasting different fruits and vegetables yesterday! Our favourite was pineapple. We made a chart to show our favourite choices. Today we painted and drew observational pictures of different vegetables.

Being kind

Well done Maisie for being super kind and making your brother a birthday card for his birthday. You worked super hard on your hand writing and letter formation to make the card.

Bedtime March Past

We have been listening to a poem for the last 3 weeks. We’ve talked about it, we’ve learned actions and we’ve joined in. We wanted to share it with you!

EYFS family session Harvest Festival

For our family session we are having a harvest festival on Monday 2nd October at 2.15. Come along and join in with some songs and see the pictures children have been making.

We would appreciate donations of tins and dry food. These will go to support Plover Pantry.

Pride of Plover

F2B’s Pride of Plover this week, went to Ella-Mae. She has improved in phonics soooo much! She knows all the sounds we have learned and can blend sounds to say the words. We can tell she is trying hard at school and at home. What a superstar!

What to wear?!

Yesterday, we talked about seasons and how we dress differently for the different weather each season brings. We sorted lots of clothing and items into Summer and Winter wear. It was fun!

Guiding Question Trail

We had the best time this morning, following clues to find a special object that had our Expedition and Guiding Question painted on the back. You will see from our photos that our Expedition is ‘Exploring Our World: What can stories tell us about Autum ?’ The children can now look forward to exploring our world with all their crew for the rest of the term. It’s going to be a great one!
