It looks like another beautiful day so make sure you get out in the garden for your exercise. We have been joining in with Joe Wicks on a morningĀ – I’m glad our PE sessions at school are not that strenuous and I don’t have to be dressed as Spiderman either like he did on Friday. I might do some light lunges while I wait for 9am………..
