Lovely to see the work being completed yesterday and hopefully the mini expedition has caught your interest – there will be lots on the TV about it this week too.
I’m going to share on Click View a programme about VE day that was on over the weekend – it is so interesting to see how people lived a couple of generations ago. I also think that with what we are going through at the moment – not being able to go out and do what we normally do or buy what we normally buy, it gives us a little look into what life was like all those years ago during the war – just imagine your life changing so much – not being able to see family etc –Ā and it lasting for years and years like it did for children growing up in the 1940s.
There are more tasks building up to a VE Day Celebration of Friday for you to complete today.
