Morning Mindfulness

Since we returned to school, we have been practising mindfulness every morning in 4G to prepare us for the day ahead.

We have been using www.mindyeti.com for our short meditations. Each session has a different focus to help us with our breathing, emotions and how we relate to other people.

We are really enjoying our mind-yeti and are gettin good at finding our’yeti body’ to help us keep calm.
