Today, we could come to school in odd socks to celebrate diversity and to remind us that it is okay to be different and that ‘We Are Kind’ at Plover. We remembered all the things that make a good friend from our crew session on friendship last week. We then saw a video of a story about a little boy who was bullied. Luckily, he had a kind friend who made him feel happy. We talked about how being kind makes you feel good too. We went round the circle and said something kind to the person to our left. Everybody smiled when they were listening and talking. Being kind makes everyone feel good!
