Finance & Attendance Officer

Contract Type: 33.75 Hours p.w. TTO + 5 Days
Contract Length: Permanent

We are seeking an experienced administrator with a background in both attendance and school finance who will be responsible for monitoring attendance figures daily reporting to the Parent Support Advisor and day to day financial administration, principally procurement and the administration of the School Fund Account.

We are looking for someone who is able to work independently as well as part of a team and can be flexible to meet the operational needs of the school.
Key elements of the role are:
 Confident with Google Docs, School based MIS systems and general IT packages.
 A sound understanding and experience in financial systems including accounting for School Fund proceeds
 Accurate data entry and analysis
 Recording and monitoring of pupil attendance registers, liaising with our Parent Support Advisor as required
 General administration tasks and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
